1. About FindBookNow

FindBookNow is a free online platform where local businesses can list their services and customers can find businesses near them. We are an intermediary platform under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Free Business Listings

• Any business can list on FindBookNow completely free of charge
• Listings include business name, contact details, photos, description and location
• Business owners are responsible for accuracy of their listing information
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms

3. Verified Badge — ₹99

• Businesses can get a green ✅ Verified badge for a one-time fee of ₹99
• Verification includes mobile OTP, email confirmation and address validation
• Verified badge never expires as long as the listing remains active
• Verification is not an endorsement of the quality of services provided

4. Business Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful business information
• Not list illegal products or services
• Not use misleading or deceptive information
• Uploaded photos must be relevant to your business and not violate copyright
• Keep contact information updated so customers can reach you
• Not create multiple listings for the same business

5. Intermediary Platform — Important Notice

FindBookNow is a platform that connects businesses and customers. We do not verify the quality, safety or legality of services offered by listed businesses. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of information provided by business owners
• Quality of products or services offered by listed businesses
• Any transactions between customers and businesses
• Any disputes arising from business dealings

6. Grievance Redressal

As per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have a Grievance Officer. Users may report issues at hello@findbooknow.com. Complaints will be addressed within 15 days.

7. Prohibited Content

• Illegal goods or services
• Adult or obscene content
• Fake or fraudulent business listings
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Harassment or threatening content

8. Google AdSense

Our platform displays advertisements via Google AdSense. These are third-party advertisements governed by Google's policies. We are not responsible for ad content.

9. Razorpay Payments

Payments for verification are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Payment data is handled by Razorpay and not stored on our servers.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Maharashtra, India.
