Verified Badge — ₹99 One Time
The ₹99 Verified Badge fee is a one-time payment for verifying your business mobile number, email and address on FindBookNow.
Refund Eligibility
- 7-day refund window: If verification could not be completed due to a technical error on our side, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days
- Verification failed: If we are unable to verify your business for any reason on our end, full refund will be issued
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded
Non-Refundable Situations
- Verification successfully completed and badge awarded
- Refund requested after 7 days of payment
- Account suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
- Listing removed for providing false information
- Change of mind after verification is complete
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@findbooknow.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email and reason for refund
- Include your Razorpay payment ID if available
- We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Razorpay Payment Gateway
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. FindBookNow does not store your card or payment details. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay.
